We are thrilled to share that Mill Steel Company has been named one of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association of Business Resources! This is Mill Steel’s 20th year winning this distinguished award, including many Elite Awards over the years as well.
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in the categories noted below. Mill Steel’s rating exceeded the national scores in 9 categories, which is a tremendous accomplishment!
All winning companies in the region compete for the 13 Elite Awards, one granted for each category that nominees are evaluated on, and one overall “Best of the Best” award. Mill Steel has been fortunate to win 10 Elite Awards since first being nominated in 2003. The Elite winners are revealed each year at the award ceremony. Several Mill Steelers attended the ceremony on May 16th to celebrate and learn best practices from other winning companies across the region.
